THE ESSENTIAL GUIDE TO EXTREME BODY-JERKING ACTION.
1. Burn a CD containing your favourite tunes.
2. Obtain an empty CD sleeve at the door and write your name and the track number of the song to be played.
3. Pass it up to the console.
4. Just dance.
